Zeigners is a whiskey allocation alert service. We monitor specialty retailers and notify members when bottles matching their watchlist appear in stock. Access is currently limited to invited members during our private beta.
By using Zeigners, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and contact us to have your account removed.
Zeigners is invitation-only. Accounts are created by us on your behalf — you do not self-register. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one account per person. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or remove membership at any time and for any reason, including misuse or inactivity.
Beta access is provided at no charge. Pricing for future tiers, if introduced, will be communicated in advance.
You can configure a watchlist of specific bottles or range preferences (category, distillery, brand, proof, age, price ceiling). Our system checks participating retailers daily and sends you an email when a match is found.
Alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that every matching listing will be detected, that alerts will be delivered within any particular timeframe, or that bottles will still be available by the time you receive a notification. Retailer inventory changes rapidly and we have no control over stock levels or website availability.
Zeigners is an informational service. We do not purchase, hold, or sell whiskey. We are not affiliated with any retailer we monitor.
You agree to provide accurate information when setting up your account and watchlist. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
Membership is for personal use only. You may not use Zeigners to operate a resale business, aggregate alerts for others, or systematically collect retailer data through our service.
You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the service.
We operate Zeigners on a reasonable-efforts basis and do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability. The service may be paused or modified at any time — for maintenance, technical issues, or changes in retailer data access — without prior notice.
Zeigners is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of retailer inventory data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeigners and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including missed purchasing opportunities.
You may request cancellation of your account at any time by emailing hello@zeigners.com. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days of your request.
We may also terminate accounts that are inactive, misused, or that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
